Hello! I’m Shelly Downing, a proud mom from rural Oklahoma with three amazing adult children. For over 20 years, our family has dedicated ourselves to the vacation rental business, evolving from local rural servers to building custom luxury cabins and castles in one of the hottest short-term vacation rental destinations on the market, located in the breathtaking Hochatown and Broken Bow area.
